Attendance: Attendance will be taken and reported according to YCTC policy. Attendance will have a direct impact on the determination of the course grade to the extent that it affects in-class exercises and class participation. Each student is responsible for all class work missed regardless of the reason(s) for the absence. Since much of the course material is cumulative in nature and since class time is spent discussing the principles and concepts, regular attendance will provide the best opportunity for successful completion of the course.
